After a dance with depressión at the top of the year, I am back in love with music, baby. Mostly by way of pop music (give a mentally ill girl a break), April inspired all kinds of listens, and my country fixation is still going strong. I attribute this to talented women and a subconscious attempt to connect meaningfully in any way to the ass-backwards country that raised me and wants me dead. Pip-pip cheerio!
In this month’s playlist you will find extremely iconic classics including more Earth, Wind & Fire, new music, and much of my personality. Please listen and make tofu spring rolls and then tell me how to perfect my roll because I’m not great at it, thank you.
